1. Acceptance of terms
By using RadioScout ("the Service") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
RadioScout is a free worldwide radio player — top stations, genre search, favourites and history, on the web and Android. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
3. User responsibilities
Do not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose. Station streams come from third parties.
4. Intellectual property
RadioScout owns the Service and its original content, features and functionality. They are protected by international copyright, trade mark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property laws.
5. Limitation of liability
RadioScout and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
